Dr. Kiss was born and raised in Kamloops and aside from moving to Vancouver for medical school, he has spent his whole life here. He obtained a diploma in Dental Hygiene from Vancouver Community College and was a Dental Hygienist since 1988. He obtained his Dentistry degree from the University of British Columbia and has been in practice since 1996. In 1997 he was granted privileges at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C.

M.D., F.R.C.S. (C), President and Chair of Kamloops Surgical Centre
Dr. Baughan graduated from the University of Alberta medical school in 1998 and received his General Surgery fellowship at the University of Alberta in 2003. He has been practicing in Kamloops since 2003 and is a member of the Royal Inland Hospital infectious control committee, physician lead Kamloops Community of Practice. Dr. Baughan is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Kamloops Surgical Centre.

Dr. Chevalier graduated from Université Laval in Québec City with a Bachelor in Health Sciences in 1991, and a Doctorate in Medicine in 1996. He pursued a specialization in Neurosurgery in Laval, and later McGill University, later obtaining the title of Fellow from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in June 2003. The next year was spent at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, with the University of Calgary Spine Program, completing a sub specialization in complex spine surgery. Because of his great enjoyment for hunting, skiing, golfing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities, he chose British Columbia and established his practice in Kamloops in August 2004. He also enjoys the challenges of raising three little girls with his wife Marie-Claude.

M.Sc, MD, FRCSC
Dr. Hughes received his Medical Degree from the University of Toronto in 2007. He completed his five-year Orthopedic residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, and obtained his Fellowship in Shoulder, Elbow and Knee Arthroscopy as well as Upper Extremity Reconstruction at the Pan Am Clinic in Winnipeg, MB. He specializes is Arthroscopy, Upper Extremity Reconstruction and Trauma. Dr. Hughes serves as an Associate Team Physician and the Consulting Orthopedic Surgeon for the Kamloops Blazers Hockey Team and the Kamloops Broncos Football Club. He has a busy sports medicine and upper extremity reconstruction practice here in Kamloops. He enjoys many sports and has a very active lifestyle with his young family.
Dr. Outerbridge received his Medical Degree from the University of Calgary. He completed his Residency at the University of British Columbia, and obtained his Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Pediatric Sports Medicine at Harvard and Boston Children’s Hospital. He is widely known and respected for his participation over many years as a National Team Physician for Water Ski Canada. He was Chief Officer of Team Canada in 1999 for the Pan-American Games, and in 2002, was awarded the post of Chief Medical Officer for the Commonwealth Games Team.

Dr Hurdle, MD, FRCS(C), is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences (2010) and Medical Doctorate (2013) from the University of Calgary. She then completed her residency training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Calgary. This was followed by further subspecialty training at the Hand and Upper Limb Centre, through Western University in London, Ontario. She currently practices in Kamloops, BC.
Dr. Michael Jacoby is a Canadian Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has been in practice since 1998. Dr. Jacoby is pleased to be providing Cosmetic Surgery services in the Kamloops community where he and his wife are raising their active family.
As a Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Jacoby has extensive expertise in all types of Breast Surgery, Abdominal Surgery, Eyelid Surgery, Liposuction Body Contouring, Ear Surgery, Botox and Mole Removal.

Dr. Steven Meredith is a Canadian Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. A fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Meredith attended the University of British Columbia for both his medical degree and specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is the only plastic surgeon in Kamloops with additional subspecialty fellowship training, in microsurgery and advanced plastic surgical technique.
Dr. Meredith is committed to offering each and every patient the benefit of his expert training and experience coupled with a sincere interest in their unique treatment goals.
He is an active member of the surgical care team at Royal Inland Hospital and at the Kamloops Surgical Centre where he performs numerous complex procedures. He also provides consultation, non-surgical procedures and follow-up care from his clinic on Nicola Street.
Kamloops born and raised, Dr. Meredith always loved the community of Kamloops, its people, access to recreation and quality of life – which is why, together with his wife, he returned to the Interior of BC in 2010 to offer cosmetic and surgical care to those in and around Kamloops.
